What happens behind the screen?

The loan request dossier (or Case) foresees data validations and visibility rules. All steps are statuses within the dossier where automated sub-processes are activated or where Finteam can manually act upon should assistance be required during the evaluation. The support team has a view on executed steps, loaded or generated documents and all API data exchanges for each request.

Increased data quality

By guiding the credit requestors and setting up data quality validations, only pre-validated requests are sent to the partner eco-system of Finteam. Requests that do not comply to some basic checks, do not proceed. All captured data are transformed into Json (API) for seamless exchange to partner systems or robots.

Cuberdon implemented the Finteam’s business logic — routing rules, UTM flows and status transformations. The platform is designed to grow with Finteam, making it easy to extend the architecture to additional providers and new processes.
