Based on the market context or the customer specific context the advisors need access to a wide range of products and services, but also need to know both the history as current context of the customer.

How It Works

To achieve this seamless experience according to Kamil Biczyk, Chief development:

Cuberdon's platform is connected to Wilink's API management system.

  • Real-time data synchronization: All customer-specific data, private and business relations, and contract or investment information need to be available on the fly and continuously synchronized where necessary
  • API integration: The platform connects to the Wilink API management system, enabling bi-directional data flow.
  • Automation via webhooks: Dynamic actions and notifications streamline customer interactions and increase engagement.

Customer Journey Examples

  • New customer onboarding: Upon contract registration in Brio, customers receive an access link to the MyWilink Extranet.
  • Premium terms based on conditions are requested with connected partners
  • Task automation: Requests to be contacted create tasks for assigned sales advisors.
  • Document management: Generated documents or tasks resulting from subscriptions or requests are stored and updated in linked backend systems.

Monitoring and Support

All data exchanges are closely monitored. Dynamic actions and updates are tracked via event log screens. Our teams work closely together to make sure the right data gets to its right place in an automated way ensuring a seamless, connected customer experience.
